HOW TO BACKUP YOUR WACOM TABLET SHORTCUTS AND NEVER LOSE THEM AGAIN.

If you own a Wacom tablet, chances are you sometimes have issues with its driver and need to reinstall it to fix them. But you probably realized that when you do that, you also lose all the shortcuts you created for your tablet. And reassigning those shortcuts is a goddamn pain in the butt, specially if you also like using the Radial Menus and whatever your tablet lets you customize.

The good news is that you can avoid all that trouble if you backup your tablet shortcuts after creating them. Just open the Wacom Preference File Utility that comes with your driver, select Backup and you’ll create a backup file. Keep that file in a safe place, or copy it to an external drive, just to make sure you won’t lose it. Whenever you have to reinstall your tablet driver, just go to that same Wacom Preference File Utility and select Restore. Go to that file you created and it’s done! All your shortcuts are back. :)
